Production machinery and plant potentials
At present, the production capacities are:
1-raw material processing to reach various particle sizes in accordance with customer requirements with a capacity of 150,000 m tons per year.
2- Production of micronized powder and flour with s yearly production rate of 150,000 m tons.
3- Production of fine powder under 10 microns with a capacity of 15,000 m tons yearly.
4- Production of very fine powder under 1 micron with jet mill with a yearly capacity of 1,500 m tons. Par-e-tavous research institute is responsible for continuous quality checks on arriving raw materials and end products to ensure 100 pcnt compatibility with defined references. The institute is equipped with modern research facilities and laboratory instruments including electron microscopes tem, SEM, XRAY diffractometry(XRD), XRF, atomic absorption and particle size distribution analyzer.
